CLC’s Sorn’s Fun Facts
Sorn can play the flute and guitar. Sorn’s representative fruit is watermelon. Despite being from Thailand, during CLC’s appearance on Celuv TV, Sorn stated that she dreams in Korean. Sorn stated that she is better at speaking than reading other languages. She can speak Thai, English, Korean, Japanese, and Chinese. She is in charge of Thai and English in the group. Before debut, Sorn appeared in the music video for G.Na’s “Pretty Lingerie” along with Seunghee, Yujin, and Seungyeon. Sorn is the first winner of the competition K-Pop Star Hunt. Sorn’s role model is her dad. Her father Wanasthana Sajakul had previously worked for the prime minister of Thailand. She also has a brother who is a popular actor and singer in her home country. Sorn made her debut with CLC on March 19, 2015, under Cube Entertainment. She debuted with Yujin, Seungyeon, Seunghee, and Yeeun. As of now, CLC consists of 7 members: Seungyeon, Seunghee, Yujin, Sorn, Yeeun, Eunbin, and Elkie. Sorn is in charge of the group’s sub-vocals. BamBam once stated in an interview that he has a group chat with other Thai K-pop idols. He said, “Honestly, we have a group chat including the Thai idols, and we all know each other. We live nearby each other and meet very often. Lisa and I always greet each other when we attend the same event. Ten (NCT) is currently with SM Entertainment so we hardly meet since his company is quite strict. Sorn’s Appearances on Idol Party
Sorn made a variety appearance on Idol Party along with NCT’s Yuta. Idol Party is an entertainment program broadcasted on TV Chosun. It is the first entertainment show on TV Chosun to feature idols. Sorn appeared with Yuta, Park Mi-sun, and Lee Bong-won. The concept for their episodes had Park Mi-sun and Lee Bong-won spending their daily lives together as the mother and father of the foreign idol members. NCT’s Yuta and CLC’s Sorn played the roles of son and daughter. They traveled to Bali, Indonesia, for the 1st through 3rd episodes. Sorn’s YouTube Channel
Sorn opened her personal YouTube channel in 2018. As of now, she has about 16,102,201 overall views and 587K subscribers for her YouTube channel. Her YouTube description states, “Filmed, produced, edited, ALL BY ME.” All the videos on her YouTube channel are done by herself. The channel consists of behind-the-scenes, vlogs, MV reactions, music covers, and many more fun activities. She stated that she discovered video editing and graphic designing to be her hobby and skills after making some videos.
Sorn said she’s making her own YouTube content for her fans. She wanted to create her own site so that she can stay up-to-date with her fans while CLC is not promoting and to create a gift for her fans for all their support and affection. “Thank you for all your comments, your likes, and your subscriptions.
