The Story of ONF’s Wyatt’s Pre-debut
Long before Wyatt had debuted as a K-Pop idol, he received an audition offer from a JYP Entertainment staff for the 7th JYP audition at the 2PM concert. It seemed like Wyatt didn’t take it since he got into WM Entertainment on November 23rd, 2010, as a trainee after he got accepted after the audition. During WM Entertainment’s audition, he sang “It’s Fortune” by Lee Juck. Wyatt spent seven years training while focusing on his studies at the same time. Wyatt’s Debut as an ONF Members
Wyatt officially debuted as an ONF member on August 2nd, 2017, with the first mini-album On/Off! They also released a debut single with the same title and made their stage debut in M! COUNTDOWN on August 3rd, 2017.
In the group, Wyatt is in charge of the main rapper and lead dancer position, he is also included in the group’s subunit named OFF Team, with J-Us, U, and Laun. Shortly after his debut, Wyatt and other ONF members joined the survival show MIXNINE in November 2017. The group’s popularity increased even more and let them to making their Japanese debut after signing a contract with the Japanese label, Victor Entertainment.
