DK’s Debut with SEVENTEEN
DK debuted with SEVENTEEN on May 26th, 2015, with their debut EP titled 17 Carat. He is the main vocalist of the group. SEVENTEEN is a boy group under Pledis Entertainment consisting of 13 members: S.Coups, Jeonghan, Joshua, Jun, Hoshi, Wonwoo, Woozi, The8, Mingyu, DK, Seungkwan, Vernon, and Dino. DK’s singing is completely amazing. He is one of the best singers in the group. He has a sophisticated sensibility, a strong presence, a rich voice, a broad range, and a solid sense of stability. He has a lot of stability when handling the choreography and has a refreshing and sharp group dance at the same time, despite having a wide range of notes. In the title song of the third mini-album, “Boom Boom”, he shows his strong vocal stability when choreographing a dance that involves several jumps. His high notes are extremely captivating!

SEVENTEEN’s DK’s Appearances in Dispatch: Main Vocal Along with NCT’s Jaehyun, Kim Jaehwan, NU’EST’s Baekho, and IZ’s Hyunjun
In 2018, Seventeen’s DK along with other groups’ main vocals, Kim Jaehwan, NU’EST’s Baekho, and IZ’s Hyunjun had their first encounter through Dispatch for a photoshoot! They had a special meeting at a café in Seongsu-dong, Seoul. Dispatch also exclusively tells the story of them. DK also shared his love for his fans, “Hello, CARATs. I’m Kyeom. Thank you so much for making my journey so lovely and bright! As a singer who can tell you a true story, I will stick with you for a long time. SEVENTEEN’s DK’s Appearance in King of Masked Singer
In 2016, Seventeen’s DK participated in The King of Masked Singer! He went to the show with the name Baby Goblin. He performed a song by Lee Seung Chul, “Fate”. His performance left the panelists and viewers in awe because of his voice. However, the identity of Baby Goblin was revealed, it turned out to be Seventeen’s DK!
